Responsibilities

Own the strategy and roadmap for creative experiences in TikTok Ads Manager, with a focus on scaling creative supply and improving creative effectiveness
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business teams to build end-to-end ad creation workflows that balance platform consistency with vertical-specific needs
Abstract diverse advertiser requirements into clear product goals, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency
Use data, user feedback, and market insights to prioritize features and guide product iterations
Define and track key metrics such as creation volume, success rate, and engagement lift, driving measurable improvements in creative outcomes
Partner with internal platform and infra teams to ensure product foundations are extensible and future-proof

Required

BA/BS degree in a technical, business, or related field
3–5 years of product management experience, with proven success of external products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define metrics and use data to inform decisions
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and leading execution across complex stakeholder environments
Familiarity with the online advertising ecosystem, particularly ad creation and performance optimization
Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments

Preferred

Experience building creative tools or working on advertiser-facing interfaces
Exposure to performance ad formats such as shopping, app install, or lead gen
Background in creative automation or infra-scale product work
Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and market expansion
