Responsibilities

Provide expert support to DoD programs in driving enterprise transformation
Integrating AI and automation governance
Enabling strategic planning and process improvement
Applying organizational change management principles
Assessing emerging technologies
Building business cases that enhance mission effectiveness and operational efficiency
Serving as a trusted advisor
Delivering actionable insights and implementation strategies that strengthen compliance, transparency, and modernization across client enterprises

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in process analysis, change management, or strategic planning
2+ years familiarity with AI/ML tools and automation platforms
2+ years experience working with or supporting U.S. government or military clients
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Active or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred

Experience driving stakeholder engagement and implementing enterprise transformation strategies
Ability to assess and integrate AI/automation governance solutions to optimize government processes
Skilled in supporting strategic planning and analyzing interdependencies across objectives
Expertise in conducting business case analysis and orchestrating value for transformation initiatives
