Regional Sales Manager (HQ Grocery Channel)
NPAworld is a premium food manufacturer expanding rapidly in the U.S. market, seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive retail growth across the Eastern/Mid-Atlantic U.S. This role focuses on opening new grocery accounts, strengthening existing relationships, and increasing consumer awareness of their gourmet food products.

Responsibilities
Open new retail grocery accounts across the Eastern U.S
Manage and grow existing relationships with both retailers and distributor partners
Prioritize direct retail engagement, taking full ownership of accounts and performance
Lead in-store product demos, sampling, and events to build trial and awareness
Collaborate with brokers and retail buyers to optimize product placement
Use vendor portals and analytics tools to track performance and guide strategy
Serve as a key field voice for market insights, trends, and opportunities
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience in retail grocery sales or business development
Proven success in opening new accounts and building a territory
Experience with East Coast regional and national retailers (e.g., Acme Markets/Albertsons, Wegmans, Giant Food, Publix, Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, Food Lion)
Background in premium food sales including deli
Strong broker and HQ buyer engagement experience
Self-driven and highly organized, capable of managing a large territory remotely
Comfortable with 50-75% travel throughout the Eastern U.S
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
