Responsibilities
Oversees system configuration, enhancements, and maintenance for Epic Revenue Cycle applications
Collaborates with IT and Revenue Cycle teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions
Ensures accurate system functionality to support patient registration, scheduling, billing, claims, and collections
Monitors system performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance operational workflows
Acts as a key liaison between Revenue Cycle Operations, IT, and clinical teams to align system functionality with business needs
Participates in Epic system upgrades, testing, and new implementations, ensuring seamless transitions
Leads discussions with stakeholders on workflow improvements, system changes, and revenue cycle enhancements
Develops and deliver training to Revenue Cycle and IT staff on Epic system updates and best practices
Maintains comprehensive documentation on workflows, system configurations, and training materials
Ensures compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and other regulatory requirements impacting revenue cycle operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Five (5) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, Epic system support, or IT analysis
Strong knowledge of Epic Revenue Cycle modules, including Resolute Professional/ Hospital Billing, Cadence, and Prelude
Proven experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization
Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
