Resolution Life is seeking an Investment Strategy & Risk Analyst to join their Strategic Asset Allocation and ALM team. The role involves developing portfolio optimization tools and investment risk models, as well as engaging in various aspects of portfolio management and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Partner with members of the Strategic Asset Allocation and ALM to help develop Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) and Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) tools and analytics for US acquired life companies and flow business opportunities, reflecting the nature of the liabilities and the constraints of the risk management framework
Contribute to the development of the investment risk framework. This includes assisting the Investment Risk Management group in developing risk models and tools for monitoring acquired risk positions
Develop analytics to regularly monitor performance and investment strategies of competitive landscape to benchmark the range of industry practices and identify potential opportunities
Develop presentation materials for Management Committee and Board of Director meetings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related area
2+ years of experience in developing investment tools and models
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and pivot efficiently
Strong organization and interpersonal skills
Team-player, willingness to contribute actively to team spirit
