Receptionist Patient Scheduler, Oncology Services - Breast Imaging Center
University Hospital is one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers, and they are seeking a Receptionist/Patient Scheduler for the Breast Imaging Center in the Oncology Department. The role involves scheduling and confirming patient appointments, maintaining the appointment calendar, and performing general receptionist duties to support the department's operations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary receptionist for the Breast Imaging Center within the Oncology Department
Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately and efficiently
Maintain and monitor the appointment calendar to ensure smooth operations
Perform general receptionist duties, including greeting patients and handling inquiries
Support additional administrative tasks as needed to assist the department
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English effectively to perform job duties
Preferred
Minimum of one (1) year clerical experience in a patient care setting preferred
Basic computer skills are preferred
Bilingual ability is preferred
