Maintain databases
Adheres to all internal and external regulatory requirements, standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures, under the strictest confidentiality
Create and maintain proper electronic documentation, ensure account paper files are in good order
Work to transition older client records to electronic filing
Other administrative tasks, as requested
Qualification
Required
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
Ability to multitask, follow instructions and have keen attention to detail
