Responsibilities
Design MAS 9.x Dev/Test/Prod environments and cloud hosting architecture in collaboration with IBM and DOT
Define DB2 database architecture, data migration approach, and modernization strategy
Establish integration patterns for APIs, MIF, ESB, mobile, telemetry, and financial system interfaces
Develop technical design documents, data models, and migration roadmaps
Ensure compliance with DOT, NYC Cyber Command, and security requirements
Review and approve configurations, workflows, extensions, and custom solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in Maximo architecture and enterprise system design
Hands-on experience with IBM MAS 8.x/9.x
Preferred
Public-sector or transportation asset management systems
SQL Server to DB2 conversion experience
