Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional one-to-one psychological triage, assessment and brief, goal-oriented treatment to a caseload of adult patients
Develop specialist capabilities in workplace-focused psychological therapy, along with the creation and facilitation of related training programmes
Conduct specialist assessments for clients (e.g. fitness for work; vulnerable role assessments, neurodiversity assessments, and cognitive assessments)
Design and deliver impactful mental health workshops for key clients
Create a personalised annual development plan to realise long-term professional ambitions
Qualification
Required
A HCPC-registered Clinical / Counselling Psychologist with relevant clinical experience, preferably in Primary Care or occupational health settings
A solid background in delivering a variety of evidence-based psychological therapies and brief, solution-focused interventions remotely via video call
Experience working with a diverse demographic, encompassing adults, is essential
Doctorate / PhD in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
Bachelors Degree in Psychology
HCPC registration
Preferred
Additional experience working with children, young people and families is desirable, but not essential
Candidates with experience of delivering neurodiversity assessments will be highly desirable
Experience in designing and delivering mental health-related training sessions or workshops is highly desirable
