The role is based in Rochester, MN and involves working with various packaging equipment and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Stages and blends ingredients, packages products, and COPs all blending and packaging equipment during scheduled cleaning periods

Performs daily set up, cleaning and operation of powders packaging, cultures packaging, and liquid packaging equipment

Performs daily HACCP checks for packaging equipment, (screen checks, metal detector, and tool check list) and understands the important of this checklist

Issues and receipts materials in SAP

Washes and cleans equipment per the sanitation manual. Follows GMP program and rules

Operates forklift per training procedures

All other duties as assigned
