Responsibilities

Administer and implement human resources policies and procedures spanning multiple functional areas
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations for management
Process documentation and paperwork for assigned functional areas in accordance with established procedures and timelines
Prepare internal employee communications related to compensation, benefits, and company policies
Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment regulations
Maintain accurate records and documentation for HR programs and initiatives
Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to support organizational objectives
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
Assist in the development and improvement of HR processes and systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in human resources or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in HR information systems and databases
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work product
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making
Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team
Demonstrated experience with HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Preferred

Previous exposure to multiple HR functional areas
