Responsibilities

Develop, test and refine text-based prompts for LLMs and other generative AI tools to ensure AI models produce high-quality, accurate and relevant content
Monitor and analyze AI output, making data-driven adjustments to improve the prompt generation process and overall system performance
Work with content creators to apply prompt engineering techniques for specific applications like drafting short- and long-form copy, text-to-image, presentation decks, automated summaries and much more
Work with other Brand, Marketing, Data and Creative teams, as well as firmwide AI integration to identify use cases and integrate AI tools into products and workflows
Build and maintain an internal library of successful prompts and syntax guidelines for consistent and organized use
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, ML and natural language processing to incorporate new techniques and best practices
Evaluate AI-generated content for potential biases, ethical issues or inaccuracies, and adjust prompts to mitigate risks. Act as a bridge between human intent and AI technology
Work with creative technologists and project managers to proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks, including those related to timeline/execution, data quality, model bias or ethical concerns. Ensure AI solutions meet high-quality and regulatory standards
Prepare and present reports on AI performance, prompt effectiveness and development progress to relevant teams

Required

Bachelor's degree
Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML) and AI concepts
Ability to write clear and specific instructions for NLP models
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required; must be fluent in English with strong understanding of language syntax and meaning
Proficient in balancing 'right' and 'left' brain creativity—acting as a bridge between human intent and AI technology
Analytical problem solver who also understands creative, with a love for teaching and communicating their findings to others
Adaptability and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving AI trends and technologies

Preferred

1+ years of experience crafting prompts for LLMs or other generative AI tools
3 or more years in writing-based role
Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Google Veo 3) in a workplace capacity
Experience with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Familiarity with creative collaboration workspaces/tools (i.e., Figma)
