Responsibilities

Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Jira to manage requirements, facilitate project management, and resolve issues efficiently
Elicit, document, and interpret business needs and challenges from multiple perspectives
Present findings and recommendations with a strategic focus, influencing project scope and outcomes to align with organizational objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to support effective systems integration
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand business objectives and functional requirements, and provide research-based responses to questions and concerns from managers and executives
Develop clear and actionable requirements, write user stories, and design user interfaces for new functionality, ensuring deliverables are easily understood and actionable by the development team

Required

5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development
High proficiency with SQL and database management
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Jira
Experience with Confluence and SharePoint
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (Office 365)
Experience in generating process documentation and reports
Ability to manage projects and user testing
Experience with data visualization and technical writing
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Understanding of banking fundamentals
Exposure to risk management, capital stress testing, credit risk models, and regulatory compliance
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
