Mid LevelJPS Tech Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst II to work with the Data Exchange group within the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) team. The role involves liaising with immunization providers for onboarding, providing technical support, managing data exchange processes, and ensuring data quality post-deployment.

Responsibilities
Provide technical and program support to WIR partners that are onboarding to unidirectional and bi-directional web-based immunization information exchange
Coordinate with other testing staff to facilitate testing of messaging format, content and transport functionality
Collaborate with WIR vendors regarding security certificate management, web-services functionality, and documentation
Following completion of testing process, coordinate transition to production data submission
Post transition to production data submission, work with the provider to assess data quality and resolve issues identified
Provide regular data exchange status reports as directed by the WIR Unit Supervisor
Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and data exchange specifications
Maintain the data exchange queue and work with the data exchange team to increase queue visibility for providers and state staff
Assist in efforts to facilitate large batch file submission (submission review, system monitoring, etc.)
Assist in review of the Aggregate Analysis Reporting Tool (AART) assessment reports and provide regular updates to the WIR team
Provide regular updates on data quality efforts to the WIR Data Staff for inclusion in data quality reporting
Participate in WIR Unit meetings and project activities
Provide support to other WIR unit areas as directed by the WIR Unit Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Experience in providing technical and program support to partners
Ability to coordinate testing of messaging format, content, and transport functionality
Experience collaborating with vendors regarding security certificate management and web-services functionality
Ability to assess data quality and resolve issues post-deployment
Experience in providing regular data exchange status reports
Ability to assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Experience maintaining data exchange queues and increasing visibility for providers and state staff
Ability to assist in facilitating large batch file submissions
Experience in reviewing assessment reports and providing updates to teams
Ability to participate in unit meetings and project activities
