BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Young Harris, GA. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for maintaining pleasant and consistent daily operations of the clinic, supporting clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes.

Responsibilities

Collect all money due at the time of service

Convert referrals into evaluations

Schedule patient visits

Customer Service

Create an inviting clinic atmosphere

Make all welcome calls

Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience

Manage schedule efficiently

Manage document routing

Manage personal overtime

Manage non-clinical documentation

Manage deposits

Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting

Monitor clinic inventory

Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates

Complete quarterly compliance training

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
