The Ground Crew members are responsible for preparing and loading chemicals into aircraft, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Blends and loads all chemical mixes prior to each load/flight
Maintains a clean aircraft
Maintains general awareness of inventory levels and fuel levels for leader
Maintains cleanliness in hanger/loadout areas
Very early mornings are often required
May be required to drive a company vehicle
Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
Other work-related duties as assigned by your leader
Regular and reliable attendance is required
Follows all company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Class A or B CDL and manual endorsement are required
Ability to read, write and speak in English is required
Valid U.S. driver's license is required to drive a company vehicle
Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required
Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required for all positions at Helena
Preferred
Tanker and hazmat endorsements are highly preferred. If candidate does not have these they must be willing and able to obtain both endorsements 90 days from start date
Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena
