Supported Living Client Financial Manager
Life Force Services, Inc. is seeking a Client Financial Manager to join our supported living team serving developmentally disabled adults. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in client-related financial operations.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and input to the management team
Maintain and track client bills to ensure timely payment
Perform clerical tasks, including preparing monthly ledgers, data entry, obtaining signatures, and account reconciliations
Create and submit monthly Residential Allowance Requests
Assist with project management tasks related to client financial services
Review and coordinate financial requests with the representative payee and case resource manager
Create and maintain annual client financial plans
Facilitate financial policy and procedure training for employees
File and maintain organized, up-to-date client financial records
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
Prior experience in financial management, bookkeeping, or administrative support
Preferred
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
