Responsibilities
Post Deals
Review scanned deal paperwork for accuracy
Post all retail and wholesale deals
Account for Contracts, Rebates, Inventory, Deposits, After-sell Products, Cash Reporting, and other items
Submit incentive/rebate claims to manufacturer
Post incentive/rebate payments from manufacturer when payment/notification is received
Review and clean schedules after all deals are finalized
Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
