Responsibilities

Experience selling Financial Services to small/large sized businesses
Assist and manage negotiation, presentation, and business development for your clients
Responsible for hitting key target metrics including revenue, volume, conversion %’s, monthly quotas etc
Develop relationships with customers and generate new business through pro-active targeted outbound calling
Communicate with our trusted partners daily, while keeping Kapitus’ brand image top of mind
Consistently follow up on leads and maintain active pipeline daily
Research, analyze and provide background information on potential clients
Work in a team atmosphere by communicating with sales department and merchants in both written and verbal form
Track and manage upwards of 50 prospects at different stages of the sales cycle
Stay current with industry trends to understand market dynamic
Responsibilities are subject to change to best suit the needs and interests of the business

Required

Diploma required
2+ years of sales experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong sense of accountability
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability and desire to work in a rapid-paced environment
Experience achieving metric and quality performance
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Effective at communicating clearly and adaptability
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism

Preferred

college degree preferred
experience in IT, Fin-Tech, SaaS, and/or consultative sales
experience with administrative tasks
