They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jr. Sales Recruiter to identify and attract top-tier sales talent, collaborating closely with the recruiting team to drive sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future sales positions
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Extend offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process when necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), Breezy HR
Perform other duties as instructed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a recruiter
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Breezy, Indeed, Linkedin Recruiter
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Creative thinker with the ability to identify new sourcing strategies and channels
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring

Preferred

Experience using Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, Monday.com
