Will support attorneys through all phases of litigation, managing eDiscovery and document workflows, conducting legal and factual research, drafting pleadings and discovery materials, preparing deposition and trial exhibits, coordinating state and federal e-filings, and maintaining case calendars and deadlines
Qualification
Required
extensive hands-on experience in litigation technology tools
support attorneys across all phases of complex commercial litigation
streamlining case management, discovery, and trial preparation through advanced technology
managing eDiscovery and document workflows
conducting legal and factual research
