Responsibilities
Secure and manage residential listings
Deliver compelling listing presentations
Advise clients on pricing, staging, and marketing strategies
Oversee showings, open houses, and negotiations
Track activities in our CRM and collaborate with the team
Qualification
Required
Active real estate license (RI and/or CT)
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred
Experience with residential listings preferred
