Responsibilities

Liaise with client teams to prioritize delivery schedules and ensure alignment on timelines and expectations
Ensure projects are delivered on time and coordinate with operations teams to uphold delivery excellence
Drive quality standards and program improvements within the team and across projects
Collaborate with Brand Managers, Marketers, Digital, IT, Data & Platform teams, and Agencies of Record (AoRs)
Act as a single point of contact for market-level coordination and issue resolution
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage dependencies across internal and external teams
Support brand strategy execution by freeing up marketers to focus on strategic initiatives
Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth delivery

Required

Experience in digital marketing operations, brand coordination, or campaign delivery within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across diverse teams
Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, analytics, and external agencies
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Experience with the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process
Strong influencing and problem-solving skills
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in brand operations, project management, or digital delivery coordination
