Responsibilities
Maintains active relationships with customers to understand and gather business requirements
Ensures that company technology remains at the forefront of industry developments
Prioritizing projects and making informed trade-offs concerning enterprise systems changes, always considering the broader business objectives
Lead technology evaluations and participate in proof-of-concept projects to enable innovative solutions
Owns the change request process and coordinates with other teams as needed, ensuring smooth implementation and communication across departments
Conducting technical design and code reviews for pull requests is a core responsibility, as well as ensuring that unit testing meets the test plan requirements
Responsible for delivering application technology solutions and contributing to execution planning efforts
Involvement in developing code for the critical components to assist and guide the development teams
Qualification
Required
A BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with at least N years of relevant experience
Candidates should have expertise in multi-dimensional platforms and both business and technical applications or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Experience mentoring others drives teams to achieve results, lead multiple or large projects and provide hands-on development and troubleshooting supports strongly preferred
Multidatabase and multi-language experience is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in object-oriented design, EKS container platform and public cloud platforms such as AWS
Experience in architecture, designing and hands-on development a large web-based application using Web 2.0 technology such as JavaScript, AngularJS, NodeJS, Java, CSS, HTML
Experience in architecture and designing large mobile applications in React Native
Experience in design and architecture of micro-services-based APIs and Service Mesh
Experience in implementing and leading adoption of modern DevOps process automation using tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, SonarQube and Checkmarx
Experience in SAFe Agile practice for software development and knowledge in Agile tools such as JIRA and Agilecraft
Experience in test automation practices and tools such as qTest, WebDriverIO, Lambda Test
Experience in implementing instrumentation and monitoring of large system with tools like Splunk, DataDog, Instana etc
Experience in vibe coding with modern IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot etc.) with AI agent is strongly preferred
Experience AI First SDLC with end-to-end development process automation is a plus
