Talent Acquisition Operation Regional Lead - TAO AMS

Responsibilities
Recruitment Lifecycle Operations - Own and streamline regional recruitment operations & and implement improvements, including:
Background Check Process: Ensure compliance with AMS regulations and SLA adherence
Job Posting Approval: Manage approvals and policy & process updates for job descriptions
Oncall Platform Implementation: Ensure efficient and high quality resolution for TA
TA Communications & Engagement
Organize and lead regional Talent Acquisition Leadership committees and TA community initiatives
Plan and execute TA-focused events (e.g., recruiter topic-based trainings, leadership roundtables)
Recruitment Project Management - Partner with HR and COE leaders to support company-wide strategic programs:
Recruitment compliance & governance (e.g., Pay Transparency, audit readiness)
Global TA system/tool implementations (e.g., ATS optimizations)
Drive projects to improve organizational globalization and scalability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or Project Management within a multinational environment
Proven track record of leading teams and managing recruitment/HR processes
Strong understanding of AMS labor laws and recruitment compliance
Preferred
Experience with TA technology (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Background in program/project management (PMP or Agile certifications a plus)
Ability to analyze data (Excel, Power BI) to drive operational decisions
