Responsibilities
Support the CEO’s routine, schedule, and personal logistics
Collaborate with the broader PA and EA team for seamless coordination within the Office of the CEO
Hands on visits to the Texas ranch to coordinate with onsite staff to ensure operations are running smoothly and to assist in setting up for numerous yearly corporate off-sites
Maintain a proactive understanding of the CEO's preferences, health goals, and evolving needs
Handle personal errands, lifestyle tasks, and time-sensitive requests with speed, accuracy, and judgment
Travel domestically with the executive team as needed. This can go in waves and the first 3 months of the year are heavy travel
Coordinate meals, nutrition requirements, and daily necessities across hotels, private travel, and off-site environments
Ensure continuity of care, consistency, and readiness during complex travel schedules
Monitor and restock essential items, supplements, kitchen supplies, and personal provisions
Maintain an organized, discreet, and efficient environment across home-adjacent and office-adjacent spaces
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Prepare (or have prepared) high-quality, health-focused meals daily for the CEO based on dietary guidance, nutrition goals, and wellness protocols
Coordinate with nutritionists, trainers (several staff are certified), and medical/wellness providers as needed
Ensure consistent meal planning and preparation during travel, including sourcing ingredients, coordinating kitchens, or managing alternative setups
Whether skiing, biking, running, gym, the executive is always working and the team goes along (physically or is at least nearby) these activities to record, communicate, and execute on company matters
Qualification
Required
Significant Travel Required
Experience as a PA, EA, or company operator in elite environments
High-energy, highly reliable professional with a passion for health and nutrition
Exceptionally organized, proactive, and adaptable
Calm demeanor under pressure
Discreet and trustworthy with an understanding of sensitivity and privacy at the executive level
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where needs evolve quickly
Able to travel frequently and operate with a 'no-task too big or too small' mentality
