Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of the Nuvolo platform and ServiceNow ecosystem
Proficient in web development technologies: JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, XML
Experience with Facility Management, ITSM, or Retail Operations Systems (POS, Inventory, Store Operations)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug complex systems and design innovative solutions
Effective written and verbal communication skills are absolutely required for this role
