Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop project plans
Utilize Salesforce.com expertise to provide guidance on best practices, system configurations, and customizations
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to achieve project goals
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies in project management
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and document lessons learned
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, including its features, functionalities, and best practices
Proven project management skills with a focus on delivering Salesforce projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
Experience with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Project Management Professional
Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to Salesforce
Experience in change management and user training for Salesforce implementations
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
