Lead cases with autonomy—handling discovery, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in depositions, mediations, and court hearings

Qualification

Required

3+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Excellent legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills

Active member of the California Bar in good standing
