Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property matters
Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs while negotiating settlements for high-stakes cases
Conduct depositions, discovery, and trial preparation, advising on strategic risks and opportunities
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop innovative litigation strategies tailored to business objectives
Manage due diligence and case assessments to ensure efficient, ethical resolutions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in commercial litigation
Experience in handling complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property matters
Ability to draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
