Responsibilities

Oversee and manage accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely financial records

Conduct commercial collections activities to recover outstanding balances while maintaining strong client relationships

Process cash applications, including verifying and reconciling payments against invoices

Handle billing functions, ensuring invoices are issued promptly and correctly

Monitor account balances and proactively address discrepancies or overdue payments

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment disputes and improve collection strategies

Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status and collection efforts

Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the collections process

Required

Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections
