Responsibilities

Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success
Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to understand customer use cases and tuning solutions to meet client needs
Participating on internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of solution delivery
Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high quality service and keep customers engaged
Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery
Communicating with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverables

Required

Have 5 to 8 years experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
Be familiar with security, delivery compute technology, process and concepts, security event management, or security compliance
Have a proactive interest in learning and integrating new products and emerging security technologies
Have excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers
Demonstrate knowledge of project management concepts and techniques
Have knowledge of implementation concepts that deal with web development, IT systems or security practice
