Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full life cycle of data and analytics programs from conception to launch and iteration
Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and inform program direction
Design, develop, and implement scalable data models, pipelines, and dashboards primarily using Google Cloud technologies (e.g., BigQuery, Looker Studio)
Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, key results, and success metrics
Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and development tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in logistics
Experience in SQL
Preferred
5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and building analytics solutions
Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) and with SQL for data exploration, transformation, and analysis
Experience with supply chain and logistics systems (e.g., Transportation Management System (TMS)
Ability to manage projects from design to implementation
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
