Responsibilities
Litigate and negotiate employment law matters on behalf of employees
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs in employment discrimination, retaliation, and workplace rights cases
Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare witnesses for hearings and trial
Appear in court and before administrative agencies as part of active case management
Work directly with clients, providing guidance and advocacy throughout the litigation process
Qualification
Required
5 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience
Strong litigation background, including motion practice and discovery
Commitment to employee advocacy and civil rights
New York bar admission required
Ability to work in-office in NYC 4+ days per week
