Responsibilities
Handle a manageable docket of 15–35 active files
Defend policyholders against liability claims (trucking/auto/premises)
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and inspections as needed
Maintain minimum 160 billable hours/month
Qualification
Required
Texas Bar license required
Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
Demonstrated expertise in trucking, auto, or premises liability
Strong communication skills and a commitment to client service
Not a job-hopper — stability and growth mindset valued
