Responsibilities
Oversee intelligence systems projects from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and strategic objectives
Maintain awareness of ongoing intelligence modernization efforts and identify opportunities for system enhancements
Manage cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence systems with emerging technologies and operational platforms
Engage with military, government, and industry stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Lead program reviews, capability assessments, and risk analysis to inform decision-making
Develop and present technical briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership
Coordinate intelligence system testing, experimentation, and prototyping efforts to validate capabilities and ensure operational effectiveness
Facilitate collaboration between ISR TF, Army Futures Command, the Intelligence Community, operational users, and technology developers
Support acquisition strategy development, cost-benefit analysis, and investment planning for intelligence system capabilities
Maintain compliance with DoD, Army, and Intelligence Community policies and security requirements
Qualification
Required
Must possess an active security clearance
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in relevant field
Proven experience in conducting military wargames or experimentation
Knowledge of military strategy, tactics, and operations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Willingness to travel as needed
Must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously
