Commercial transactions and commercial real estate matters
Mergers & acquisitions and buy–sell agreements
Drafting and negotiating contracts, NDAs and other commercial agreements
Entity formations, corporate governance and compliance work
Due diligence review and support on deals
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Texas and in good standing
3+ years' experience in corporate / commercial transactions, ideally including commercial real estate
M&A / business sales and acquisitions experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Confident communicating directly with business clients
Comfortable juggling multiple matters in a fast-paced practice
Preferred
5+ years' experience
Background in construction law and/or tax
Prior experience at a business-focused law firm
