Responsibilities
Request and process SAG-AFTRA clearances and confirm performer tax status
Ensure compliance with studio and union practices throughout contract approval and negotiation workflows
Manage the full contract life cycle: database entry, DocuSign execution, and digital archiving
Prepare and process paperwork for court approval of Minors
Process and archive timesheets and deal memorandums
Hire studio teachers/welfare workers for minor sessions
Process teacher timecards for payment
Prepare Taft-Hartley Reports per SAG-AFTRA guidelines
Implement procedural updates requested by TVA Business & Legal
Oversee and update confidential databases containing project, performer, and agent information
Qualification
Required
2 years of correlated administrative experiences
Understanding of business administration and contractual processes
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and collaborative demeanor
A proactive self-starter is required
Ability to track and organize a large volume of details, data, and tasks
Proficiency in computer applications and administrative software
Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
