Handle premises liability and auto accident files from initial investigation to early resolution
Draft answers, discovery demands, and motions to dismiss in NY state courts
Take plaintiff and witness depositions with partner oversight
Prepare for and attend virtual or in-person motion hearings
Support trial preparation including exhibit organization and witness outlines
Qualification
Required
Junior Insurance Defense Associate
Experience in handling premises liability and auto accident files
Ability to draft answers, discovery demands, and motions to dismiss in NY state courts
Experience taking plaintiff and witness depositions
Ability to prepare for and attend virtual or in-person motion hearings
Support trial preparation including exhibit organization and witness outlines
