A minimum of two years related experience in Windows Active Directory

A minimum of two years related experience in local area networks (including wireless)

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a team environment

Efficient end-user/first level system troubleshooting skills

Effective time management skills

Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to thoroughly document processes/procedures which will be used by team members and other employees

Aptitude for providing excellent customer service

Must be able to determine end user needs in order to make recommendations for new or improved systems and products

Desire to stay up to date with the current technology trends

Valid driver's license
