Elevation3D is seeking a Digital Engagement Producer to play a critical role in bringing interactive, technology-enabled brand experiences to life. This position involves managing digital engagement projects from concept through delivery, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while collaborating with various internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Manage digital engagement projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timing, budgets, and quality standards are met

Translate creative ideas into clear briefs, scopes, and actionable production plans

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Creative, Sales, Account Management, Strategy, Marketing, Events, and Project Management Coordinate communication, workflows, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors

Build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and milestones

Track digital assets, approvals, and revision cycles

Support planning and implementation of interactive technologies, software platforms, and hardware components

Assist with testing, QA, dry runs, and onsite execution, as needed

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to internal stakeholders

Identify risks early and help propose solutions

Adhere to internal processes and effectively utilize internal tools for documentation standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Event Production, Project Management, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience

3–6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, interactive media, or agency production

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Comfortable working with both creative and technical teams

Experience coordinating vendors and external partners

Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
