Front Desk Representative

Nexxaworks is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Front Desk Representative. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing exceptional service.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Greet and check in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Manage phone calls, including answering inquiries, transferring calls, and taking messages
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members as needed
Provide information about services, policies, and local attractions to guests and visitors
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Process payments, handle cash, and manage billing inquiries accurately

Qualification

Customer service experienceCommunication skillsMS Office proficiencyOrganizational skillsCalm under pressure

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a front desk or reception capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and reservation management tools
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while dealing with difficult situations
