Responsibilities
Partner with the COO to translate big-picture strategy into clear, actionable plans
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that shape executive decision-making
Oversee strategic initiatives spanning Operations, Finance, IT, Marketing, and HR
Bridge communication between property-level operations and corporate leadership
Manage special projects on behalf of the COO, ensuring alignment, progress, and transparency
Evaluate and enhance enterprise systems to boost scalability and efficiency
Champion technology-driven automation and process improvement initiatives
Track KPIs and dashboards to assess operational health and identify opportunities for improvement
Deliver actionable insights that support agile decision-making
Champion organizational transformation and adoption of new initiatives
Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and guest-centric service
Support communication and engagement efforts for company-wide rollouts
Partner with Finance on budgets, resource planning, and ROI analysis
Lead major strategic projects from concept through execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, hospitality, or corporate strategy
Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
Expertise in enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools) and process improvement
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
A collaborative, adaptable leadership style with the ability to manage both strategy and detail
