Responsibilities
Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions, with a strong emphasis on Generative and Agentic AI technologies
Collaborate with Data Science, IT, and business teams to implement scalable AI solutions
Support enterprise AI initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership, focusing on operationalization and adoption
Conduct research and experimentation on emerging AI technologies to enhance organizational capabilities
Mentor and coach junior data scientists in AI methodologies and best practices
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in all AI implementations
Monitor and optimize AI model performance; develop dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders
Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives leveraging AI technologies
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, Computational Science or Engineering Required
5-7 years in related field or function required
Preferred
5-7 years leading through mentorship in related field preferred
5-7 years leading projects and initiatives through influence preferred
