Strategic Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives on large, complex enterprise opportunities (75,000+ employees)
Translate complex solutions into HR-focused language and effectively communicate value across multiple stakeholders
Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, strategic priorities, and success metrics
Develop tailored solution proposals, demos, and presentations that align with client objectives
Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for executive audiences
Proactively identify emerging client needs and market trends, and advocate internally for solutions that align with these requirements to drive business growth
Identify and mitigate risks in the sales cycle; proactively address objections and competitive threats
Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to create compelling narratives and thought leadership content
Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
Provide feedback to Product Management on market trends and client needs
Support Enterprise Account Executives in building and delivering quantifiable business cases demonstrating ROI and strategic impact of Achievers’ platform
Ability to travel up to 25–30% to attend customer meetings, executive presentations, on-site discovery sessions, and industry events
Qualification
Required
8+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar role within enterprise SaaS (50,000+ employees)
Proven experience working with enterprise HR technology ecosystems, including HCM platforms such as Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable solutions
Familiarity with employee wellness, benefits, and engagement platforms, and how they connect into core HR systems
Hands-on experience supporting or explaining system integrations, including open APIs, SSO & data flows concepts
Demonstrated experience partnering with C-level HR leaders (CHRO, CPO, VP of People, Total Rewards, Talent) in enterprise
Proven experience building ROI models and business cases for C-suite audiences
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts
Comfortable working in global, matrixed environments and across multiple time zones
