Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the customer relationship specific to DPT engagements

Maintain a current knowledge of trends in the pharmaceutical industry and government programs to understand how they may affect client operations and needs

Oversee projects and tasks for internal staff creating reports

Ensure client compliance to project plan timeline and submitting required information

Communicate regularly with clients, outlining project status, submission requirements and deficiencies

Maintain accurate project records and provide regular account status updates

Write and track client correspondence, develop agendas and presentations summarizing performance

Develop and maintain knowledge of client's business model and product portfolio making targeted recommendations for DPT and other services

Achieve annual revenue goal for additional client engagements

Proactively develop process improvement recommendations

Required

Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business, Accounting/ Finance or Technology related field required. An equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered

3+ years of account management experience required

Experience in regulatory, compliance and/or DPT space preferred

Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
