Technical Project Manager Sr – Vertical Integration Strategy and Execution

Responsibilities

Lead strategic supply chain initiatives for various spaceflight systems
Provide detailed analysis of the capability, capacity, and resource requirements necessary to vertically integrate critical components into the organization
Deep dive the specific challenges of a process and communicate the relevant information for senior leadership evaluation
Conduct in-source versus outsource strategic and financial analysis
Perform technical capability cost-benefit analysis
Evaluate inventory strategy
Author process documents
Manage enterprise software requirements
Create strategic business processes
Charter the tool sets necessary to launch strategic initiatives
Develop reliable and repeatable processes to streamline data collection and analysis
Quickly provide the relevant information needed to successfully evaluate resources, costs, cycle times, and lead times associated with targeted projects

Ability to develop comprehensive resourcing and capacity models
Capable of leading and presenting cross-functional initiatives for senior leaders
Proven success owning and driving a project from start to finish
Led quantitative and qualitative projects
Demonstrated success in a highly ambiguous environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
MBA, other relevant graduate degree, or 5+ years operations/supply chain experience

Preferred

Experience working in an engineering-development organization
Industrial Engineering experience
Aerospace experience
Corporate finance experience
SQL or other coding ability
Experience with enterprise planning and scheduling software
Six-sigma or lean certification
Software proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Excel, MS Project
