Responsibilities

Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing TikTok4B partner programs across various locales

Analyze different partner program performance data (onboard rate, activation rate, partner segmentation performance) and provide insights to improve partner onboarding flow and activation behavior

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and analytics to ensure programs align with business goals

Conduct an analysis of successful partner cases to define the profiles of top performers; subsequently, collaborate with the Algo and Leads PM teams to source leads with similar high-potential profiles

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

Strong interest in B2B marketing, affiliate marketing, performance media, and creative advertising

Familiarity with TikTok as a platform and a user, with curiosity about how businesses show up on TikTok

Analytical thinker with proficiency in Excel and SQL

Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills

A creative eye and a detail-oriented mindset

Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026

Preferred

Exposure to TikTok Ads Manager or other ad platforms
