Provide direct housing advocacy and case management to guests of the Bridges Recovery Shelter, emphasizing sobriety, stability, and self-sufficiency
Assess guests’ housing needs and develop individualized housing plans, including referrals to permanent supportive housing, rental assistance programs, and community resources
Support guests in navigating applications, landlord communications, and housing-related legal and financial processes
Advocate for guests’ rights and needs with landlords, treatment providers, and community agencies
Support recovery-oriented services by connecting guests with mental health, substance use, and peer support programs
Monitor and assist guests in maintaining compliance with shelter policies and recovery program requirements, providing guidance on relapse prevention and wellness strategies
Conduct crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed, ensuring guest safety and well-being
