Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
Communicate effectively with families and children
Build strong relationships—learn names, show you care
Answer phones, give tours, and explain swim programs
Enroll students and manage class schedules using our system
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe front desk and lobby
Smile and have fun while making a difference!
Qualification
Required
Must be 18+ years old to apply
Outgoing, friendly, and professional
Excellent communication and hospitality skills
Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
Great at multitasking and staying organized
Detail-oriented and dependable
Minimum of 3 shifts per week
At least 2 weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3:30–8:30 PM)
1 weekend shift – Saturday OR Sunday (8:30 AM–1:30 PM)
High school degree
Preferred
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Sales experience is a plus
Bilingual is a bonus (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.), but not required
